1. Nature of Services – Reseller Status
YamCodes.com operates strictly as a reseller of digital goods.
We do not create, own, or license the games, software, activation codes, brands, or digital content offered through the Website.
All products, trademarks, artworks, logos, names and activation ecosystems (Steam, Origin, Epic Games Store, Uplay, etc.) are the exclusive property of their respective owners (“Product Owners”).
Any claims relating to:
- gameplay,
- technical operation,
- compatibility,
- platform outages,
- account restrictions,
must be addressed directly to the respective Product Owner.
YamCodes provides only:
- sale of activation codes,
- order processing,
- delivery,
- assistance with code validity issues.
2. User Eligibility
By using the Website, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or
- you have legal capacity and parental/guardian consent if the laws of your country permit purchasing digital goods under 18.
You are responsible for:
- ensuring that your device meets platform requirements,
- ensuring that the purchase is legal in your jurisdiction,
- verifying region restrictions before ordering.
3. Products and Ownership
Activation Codes (“Products”) enable the activation of a game via a third-party platform.
YamCodes does not guarantee the:
- availability of third-party platforms,
- continued support for games,
- functionality of activation methods,
- ability to recover a banned or restricted platform account.
4. Product Delivery
4.1. Delivery Method
Products are delivered electronically via email. In some cases, purchased keys may also appear in the customer’s account area (if applicable).
4.2. API Delivery Transparency
Some activation codes are retrieved via secure API communication with suppliers.
Delivery may depend on:
- supplier system uptime,
- API response time,
- regional supply availability,
- temporary platform restrictions.
4.3. Delivery Policy
4.3.1. Delivery Timeframe
Instant Delivery (Standard)
Most digital products are delivered instantly, within a few minutes after successful payment.
Up to 24 Hours
In certain cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to:
- payment verification checks,
- automated fraud-prevention review,
- delays in supplier API response,
- temporary system maintenance.
This timeframe applies to all orders unless otherwise specified on the product page.
4.3.2. Delivery Method
Digital products are delivered electronically via:
- email sent to the address provided during checkout
No physical shipment is made.
4.3.3. If Your Delivery Is Delayed
If you do not receive your digital product within the expected timeframe, please follow the steps below:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Ensure that your email inbox is functioning and not full.
- Verify that the email you provided during checkout is correct.
- If the product is still not received, contact us at support@yamcodes.com and include:
- your full name,
- email used for purchase,
- order number.
Our team will assist and re-send the product if necessary.
4.3.4. Invalid or Incorrect Email Addresses
YamCodes is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:
- an invalid email address,
- a misspelled or incorrect email address,
- a non-functioning inbox provided by the customer.
If the digital product was delivered to the incorrect or invalid email address supplied by the customer,
the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all contact details provided during checkout are accurate.
4.3.5. If the Delivered Product Does Not Match the Order
If you believe that the product you received does not match your order, please contact us immediately at support@yamcodes.com.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- a screenshot of the delivered activation key or activation result,
- a screenshot or copy of the receipt we issued, or
- your order number.
Upon verification, if the delivered product is incorrect, YamCodes will:
- replace the product or
- issue a refund to the original payment method, in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4.3.6. Customer Dissatisfaction with Delivery Time
If the delivery timeframe does not meet your expectations, you may contact us at support@yamcodes.com.
If the product has not yet been delivered, we will review your cancellation request in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Once the product is delivered or revealed, cancellation is no longer possible.
4.3.7. Final Notes
- Delivery is completed once the product is sent to the email address provided by the customer or displayed on the Website.
- YamCodes is not liable for issues arising from external factors such as email service outages, spam filtering, or customer-side technical issues.
- By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept the delivery conditions outlined in this Policy.
5. Payments
All payments made on this Website are processed exclusively by independent, PCI-DSS–certified acquiring partners (“Payment Processors”).
YamCodes does not collect, store, or process any full cardholder data at any time.
Depending on the integration used, we may receive limited, non-sensitive payment information such as:
- tokenized transaction identifiers,
- payment status and authorization details,
- fraud-risk assessment results,
- partially masked card information (e.g., last four digits), if made available by the Payment Processor.
This data is provided strictly for payment confirmation, customer support, and fraud-prevention purposes.
All cardholder data is handled solely by the Payment Processor. They may automatically decline, suspend, or cancel transactions deemed suspicious or non-compliant.
5.1 Payment Timing & Order Processing
Payment for digital products is charged immediately at the moment of purchase.
Once the transaction is successfully authorized by our Payment Processor, the order is processed automatically.
Digital products (activation keys, codes) are delivered instantly after successful payment.
Delivery occurs in real time, as the product is retrieved from our supplier via a secure API integration.
In the event that payment authorization fails or the transaction is declined, no charge is applied and the order is not delivered.
5.2 Currencies and Conversion Fees
Payments on the Website may be processed in different currencies depending on your location, card issuer settings, or the options offered during checkout.
Your issuing bank or payment provider may apply:
- currency conversion fees,
- foreign transaction fees,
- additional commissions.
These fees are outside of YamCodes’ control and vary by financial institution.
Please note:
MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE COSTS OF CURRENCY CONVERSION AS THEY MAY BE DIFFERENT DEPENDING ON WHETHER YOU SELECT YOUR HOME CURRENCY OR THE TRANSACTION CURRENCY.
Exchange rates used by your bank or payment provider may differ from publicly listed rates or from the rates displayed on the Website.
YamCodes is not responsible for differences in exchange rates, additional charges applied by your bank, or currency conversion outcomes.
6. Fraud Prevention & Account Actions
YamCodes implements multiple layers of security and fraud-prevention measures to protect customers and transactions on our Website.
All payments are transmitted over encrypted SSL/TLS connections, ensuring that sensitive information cannot be intercepted or accessed by unauthorized parties.
Card payments are processed exclusively by PCI DSS–certified acquiring partners (“Payment Processors”). YamCodes does not store, process, or have access to full card numbers or other sensitive cardholder data.
We only receive limited, non-sensitive information (such as transaction status or tokenized identifiers) required for order processing, customer support, and fraud monitoring.
For fraud-prevention purposes, YamCodes reserves the right to:
- automatically cancel or hold orders flagged by fraud-screening systems,
- request additional identity or ownership verification,
- temporarily restrict purchasing activity,
Permanently block users engaging in:
- chargeback abuse,
- fraudulent actions,
- unauthorized resale or redistribution of digital keys,
- suspicious or automated activity,
- violation of these Terms.
Customers may contact support if they believe an order was incorrectly flagged or restricted, and a manual review will be carried out.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate billing and contact information,
- check regional restrictions before purchase,
- ensure platform compatibility (Steam, Origin, Uplay, etc.),
- ensure your account is in good standing on the activation platform.
YamCodes is not responsible for:
- bans,
- account limitations,
- region-lock restrictions imposed by Product Owners,
- failures caused by platform-side issues.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in accordance with EU rules on digital goods.
8.1. Eligible Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days, provided the activation code:
- has not been redeemed,
- has not been accessed,
- has not been exposed on the user side.
- 8.2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not possible if:
- the code has been redeemed or exposed,
- the platform account is banned or restricted,
- a region-locked product was purchased for an unsupported region,
- the issue is caused by the third-party game platform.
8.3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
9. Product Issues and Responsibility Transfer
Responsibility shifts to the Product Owner if:
- a key is accepted but later revoked or disabled by the publisher,
- activation fails due to platform restrictions,
- game functionality issues arise (bugs, crashes),
- the publisher changes activation mechanisms,
- the platform modifies region-lock rules,
- a platform initiates anti-fraud bans unrelated to YamCodes.
YamCodes assists with verification only for code validity, not game functionality.
10. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
All trademarks, product names, images, and platform logos (Steam®, Origin®, Epic Games®, Uplay® etc.) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
Their appearance on the Website is:
- solely for identification and descriptive purposes,
- not an endorsement,
- not an implication of partnership, unless explicitly stated.
All copyright or licensing claims regarding game content should be directed to the Product Owner, not YamCodes.
11. API Transparency and Technical Measures
YamCodes uses secure APIs to obtain activation codes from suppliers.
Security measures include:
- encrypted HTTPS/TLS communication,
- rate-limiting and authentication keys,
- supplier-side verification,
- secure request logs,
- automated fraud detection,
- redundancy and fallback systems.
However, external API providers may occasionally experience:
- downtime,
- maintenance,
- regional limitations,
- delayed responses.
YamCodes is not liable for delays or failures caused by external API systems.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YamCodes is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages,
- platform outages (Steam, Origin, Epic, Uplay),
- publisher-side activation failures,
- API or supplier delays,
- platform bans or restrictions,
- regional compatibility issues,
- technical issues inside the game,
- data loss on the user’s device.
YamCodes’ total liability is limited to the purchase value of the affected order.
13. Force Majeure
YamCodes is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters,
- power outages,
- Internet infrastructure failures,
- cyber-attacks,
- war or political instability,
- government restrictions,
- major platform outages,
- supplier-side operational failures.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication on the Website.
Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
